Jordan directed "This Purple Fucking Pot" a new play by Andrew Moorhead at The Tank, located in the heart of midtown.
Four marketers at a consumer products company have just one day to figure out how to sell a purple cooking pot to the American consumer. Should the purple pot be a metaphor of healing the political divide? A symbol of bisexuality? Merch for Martha Stewart? This simple branding exercise quickly devolves into a satirical dissection of workplace politics, modern capitalism, and consumerism - a culture where everything and everyone is commodified, and the key to success isn't necessarily selling a product, but selling yourself.
